L'HOTE | Andreaswarhier

From Nouadhibou leaves the longest train in the world at 2.5km in length, travelling through dry desert landscape to its destination of Zouérate. Travellers, clad in cloth wraps and eye goggles, hitch 18 hour rides as a means of public transportation; the train drivers aware this is the only connection between Mauritania’s two capital cities.
